New: SMZ TRs5c Tiltrotator with GPS Integration

We’re proud to introduce a new level of precision in earthmoving: the SMZ TRs5c is now available with full GPS integration.
Equipped with built-in rotation and tilt sensors, this tiltrotator is fully compatible with modern GPS systems like a Topcon system for example. This allows not only the machine’s movements but also the tilt and rotation angles to be tracked in real-time by the operator's control system.
The TRs5c combines this smart technology with SMZ’s well-known benefits:

SMZ Machinery in Action at TKD 2025

From June 12 to 14, SMZ Machinery was proudly represented at the 2025 edition of the Technische Kontakt Dagen (TKD). On the stand of our main dealer Scheer Machines B.V., visitors got to explore a wide selection of SMZ attachments – including multiple tiltrotators and some of our latest innovations.
Throughout the event, live demonstrations took place, allowing attendees to experience our equipment in action. We also welcomed many existing and new customers for inspiring conversations and technical insights.
We look back on a successful trade fair full of valuable meetings, impressive machinery, and – aside from a few hot hours – great weather. A big thank-you to everyone who stopped by!

From June 12 to 14, 2025, the Technical Contact Days (TKD) will take place – the leading event for earthmoving, road construction, and waterworks. During this fair, our products will be well represented at the booth of our main dealer: Scheer Machines B.V. Visitors can get acquainted with a selection of our newest and most functional equipment. Various tiltrotator units will be actively demonstrated, and visitors will have the chance to experience them firsthand during on-site demos.

New: the TRs1c tiltrotator unit with CW05 and gripper

SMZ Machinery expands its range with the TRs1c, a compact yet powerful tiltrotator unit equipped with CW05 connection and an integrated gripper.
The TRs1c is designed for maximum control and flexibility, with a build height of only 400 mm and two powerful rotation motors for optimal performance.
This new unit is developed with efficiency and versatility in mind and will soon be showcased live at the TKD (June 12-14, 2025), where we will present the model to the public for the first time.

Successful trade fair weekend at FORST LIVE and looking ahead to TKD

After an intensive and successful trade fair weekend at FORST LIVE, we look back on the past days with pride and satisfaction. Our team worked hard to perfectly present our SMZ equipment, and the results are more than encouraging:
International interest: In addition to a large number of interested visitors, we were also able to make new contacts. For example, we welcomed a new customer from Sweden. Public favorite: Our new 3/4" saw blade with chain attracted special attention. It was touched and photographed so often (sometimes with a finger for reference) that it will probably need to be sharpened again upon returning home! Broad involvement: In addition to visitors, fellow exhibitors and old acquaintances, customers who already work with SMZ, were present to meet and catch up. The press also showed great interest in our products. This fair was not only a stage for our products, but it also underscores the result of weeks of preparation and teamwork. The success of the event is thanks to the dedication of our entire team, who strive for perfection day in and day out.
Looking ahead to our next step: We are proud to announce that our main dealer, Scheer Machines, will represent us at the Technische Kontakt Dagen (TKD) taking place from June 12 to 14 in the Netherlands. Scheer Machines will be ready with an extensive stand full of SMZ products to welcome visitors and demonstrate how our innovative solutions can make customers' work even more efficient.
We want to thank everyone for the wonderful meetings, enthusiastic conversations, and all the efforts behind the scenes. Together we make a difference in the world of SMZ!
